I am looking for a little portable amp to make my sonys louder.. They sound great, but do not have the ability to get that loud with my mp3 players power.. price range I am looking to keep it 100 or less.. Something small and compact..

This is the amp section, portable or not.. This section should be fine.. I made another one, because i posted my orginal one in the wrong section to begin with. Anyways back to the question..

you want it louder? look at ebay for a cmoy amp. or maybe a boostaroo

The V6 hp is a decent all around performer and generally sounds good right from the hp outlet of a portable player. Chk the for sale posts here for any of the portable amps offered for 100 bucks give or take some. Cmoy versions show up at 100 bucks or less and would work well. For 150-200 many more show up. Chk the portable reviews in this forum.
