Looking to get a decently priced amp at the moment. It is going to be used solely at my computer and its not going to move anywhere. Will get a DAC later down the road, but first and foremost I need an amp. Price range is going to be in the ~$120 range. Can be a little flexible.

Maybe you can find a used Essence STX, in your price range.

The Essence STX comes with the PCM1792A DAC chip, which is about as good a DAC chip as you can currently get, on a sound card.
So it will be awhile before you will feel the need to upgrade for a better DAC.

I'm really enjoying my Schiit Vali with my DT 880, I can say you would definetly enjoy your dt 990 with the Vali as well
