I treated myself to a pair of Grado 325i 'phones which haven't been delivered yet but already I'm deliberating over which amp I'm to pair them with. My setup consists of a £250 Teac integrated amp and a similarly priced Denon CD player. I'm looking for a system oriented amp as opposed to something that caters to the computer audiophile market. After reading through lots of articles, forum posts and reviews, I've narrowed it down to three amps:
The Graham Slee Novo
The Matrix M-Stage
The Little Dot 1+
I'd be extremely grateful for feedback from users of any of these amps and would love to hear some more suggestions. My maximum budget is somewhere around the £250 mark. I do not want to part with silly money for something that would most likely exploit the weaknesses of my limited but competent setup. Would a combined DAC/headphone amp be a viable option?
