Well I'm 20, but even at 16, I always knew the value of money - that's just me though.
I don't drink, smoke or do drugs, neither am I one to go slash out all my money, even though I'm an only child.

I have money that I have actually earned (due to being on placement) to buy myself the best PC, the best headphones, earphones etc
But I'm still on windows XP, put it that way

YES. I watch my friends drink and smoke and ask them: "So what do you get out of that?" As for knowing the value of money, my parents have drilled it into me ever since I became a teenager.

Well they drink because they "like it"

-I have never been drunk due to: Not liking the feeling of not being in 100% control of my entire body + never liked the taste of beer for example - that said I do drink cocktails, shots etc, but i don't get drunk - I know my limit
-I have never smoked as: Its bad for my lungs AND due to my gaming addiction, i fear if i smoke I'll become addicted to that too

I don't need to drink to have a good time, nor smoke to put my mind at rest
-> gaming solves both of them

I never got drilled into my head, even though i was a single child, I just never saw the need to own "everything", even though i could. I understood the value of money, and still do, even now that I'm earning money myself.

I've never been into drinking either. I've drank and had my fun but that's in the past and its not a habit. I've done my pothead days in school and still graduated with honors and worked full time lol.

I also feel OK buying headphones so long as I sell what I am not using and I try to keep it reasonable, it's easier to do because I don't drink or smoke or have any other expensive life style choices traveling etc. my mom is that way golf. She buys a new set of clubs every year or two and everyone thinks she's crazy and then she points out how they all like going places for vacation whereas she stays home so her new clubs are her vacation :-).

One trip to the golf course alone is enough to pay for a vacation for one.

Lol no she lives in a small town and takes a membership out for the local course every year for about $400, she then gets about 2-300 rounds in over the year. It's pretty economical for her really.

Yes, you are that bad identifying sound quality. LOL.

After one month, finally someone answered my question. LOL.

BTW , I love your latest creative rating for eph100. But I would suggest you put the rating in a range (e.g 8.0<eph100<10) so you don't have to keep changing everyday. Seriously, I admire your passion and appreciate all your comparisons. Keep up with the good work and passion which make the head-fi an exciting place to visit.

My answer would have been NO lol - just different tastes hahaha @ it being only answered now :P
We are politicians you see....never getting to the point.

Difference is the politicians are liars. "The only time a politician is telling the truth is when he calls the other politician a liar."

Honestly I have no doubt that the IE80 do the justice to the kind of music I listen to, yet the EX600 is for fun and entertaining type of listening.

Stop using that freaking word and someone may be fed up with it. I always admire musicians for their creative mind and skills.

I really don't care about what other people call them or think of them - audiophiles, musicians or whatever. You seem to have a problem with that.

Life is too short and be happy, my friend (if you don't mind this word)!
