Hej!

I’m looking for ear pad recommendations for a DIY project. The criteria are:
(1) They need to be easily mountable on 3D printed ear cups. Thus, a magnetic or simple mechanical system or even gluing would be preferred, not something finicky like the Hifiman system for example.
(2) They should be large and preferably deep and soft like Hifiman Arya/HE-1000, Meze Empyrean / Elite. Oval shape preferred over round, but round would be ok too if it’s very large. Angled would be great but isn’t a must.
(3) Price: Ideally something around 50 EUR / USD would be nice, preferably not over 100.
(4) Long-term attainability: Ideally I’d like something from a brand that can be expected to still sell the same pads in 5 years or so.
(5) Resellability: It’s a long shot to ever produce and sell headphones but if I decide that’s what I want to do in the future I’d prefer not to have to start the headphone design from scratch. Thus, I’d rather buy something from a Tier 1 supplier than an OEM.

With regards to material I don’t care too much as long as it feels comfortable.

So far the only thing that seems to roughly hit the marks here are Dekoni products but I wanna hear if there's more out there that fits the bill?
Thanks!

You should look at ZMF Pads. Many DIY headphones like Modhouse Tungsten or HFA Dahlia use them as well.

Also my favorite earpads around
