First impression after 1 day:

Alpha Omega Omega, this is flagship performance and price.

Its very resolving while also being forgiving, meaning by that its not shouty or too bright. Been using it so far with all switches off, and added bass switch now for extra fun on some electronica.

Bass goes deep and is really strong, the bass is among the best I have heard in IEMs. Textured and not slow/fast, the quantity is also very much where I love it to be.

Midrange very clean but smooth, if I would nit pick I prefer the bass to go furter into the midrange (for thicker low mids).

Upper mids is not shouty or sibilant, while still providing good presence and clarity. Has a smoothness to it very similar to have I heard the Penon Voltage I recently had on tour.

Treble is wow, its really good. Airy while not being overly bright, this is as I understand what Clement worked a lot to get right and improve upon the cheaper model RA.

For the design, its on the larger side large both for nozzles and the body. Still ergonomic due to design grooves and nozzle angle, very fine for my ears that is on the larger side, I can use it for hours.

The design itself is beautiful and well done. The resin itself is good grade but not the best I have seen, can see a few small air bubbles in it when going really close. The resin feel and look solid, not the thin style some brands use.

I tried the I/O Volare last weekend. I tried it for a very short time. I was really interested to hear how it compares to the Ra. Two areas where I think Ra does better for me are the bass region and the musicality. Ra's bass is incredible. Volare's bass does not come close. Ra has some extra warm mids, the mids are more transparent, more forward, and have a great balance of warmth and transparency. The treble region is smoother on Ra; in comparison, I found the Volare a bit dry (not too much). The soundstage is wider on the Volare, while the depth is nearly the same. The level of technicality is mostly similar. Overall, for my preference, I find the Ra to be more musical. For some, the Volare could be equally good.
just getting closer to my descision with this post .......................

Does anyone have a good alternative to the ear-tips that came with the RA. The nozzle being 6.4mm is quite large, and the alternative tips that I currently have, do not really fit without really"squeezing" them on.
Looking for something with a stronger bore rather than elastic/soft type. any advice, appreciated.

All of them are solid options, the new wide Velvet is awesome and seem to work better for me on chunky nozzles.

Another option is the Eletech Baroque, this because the material is super soft and thin while still sounding full. For me this one is excellent on chunky nozzles to provide better comfort.

Divinus Velvet Wide, Divinus Velvet, Eletech Baroque, JVC Spiraldot, Acoustone something

How is the mid bass , I prefer faster slam over sub bass and not too forward mids, selling my DTE900 because of too much upper mids.

Still no IEC711 graphs on any AO hopefully I can fix that when my set of Omega gets made.

My RA definitely sounds like the one @gadgetgod has graphed. Upon receipt of my RA late March 2024, I asked Clement how was it possible that the posted graph on his website was so far away from my sonic experience. His answer was like : ;-)

Anyway, the RA is fantastic sounding set for bass and mids lovers, although the mids are not the most transparent but full and inviting. The high frequencies are under control, but not muted or too rolled off. The RA requires some juice to shine and the correct set of eartips for your ears, nothing new under the sun here. Stock cable is pretty decent, but experimenting with aftermarket ones is not forbidden.

I highly enjoy my set so far.
