Hello everyone,

As audiophiles ourselves, we know exactly what you want from a pair of in ear monitors- Great Sound Quality and Lasting Durability. Thus, we set out to create a pair of earphones with these objectives in mind.

Introducing the Alpha & Delta D6!

Sound: Balanced Sound signature with a good sound stage

1) 10mm dynamic driver: Our custom tuned 10mm dynamic driver satisfy the High Res Audio standard ensuring great clarity and a balanced sound signature.

2) High Definition sound stage: In order to achieve a spacious sound stage, we adopted a Dual Air Chamber acoustic Design and licensed the High Definition Sound Standard (HDSS (www.hdss.com). Both technologies serves to reduce distortion in earphones, improving clarity and soundstage. (more information below)

3) Eight Core silver plated copper (SPC) cable: Our 8 copper silver plated copper cable allows greater signal transmission, ensuring great clarity.

Durability- Built to Last! 3 years warranty!

1) Eight Core silver plated copper cable: Most earphones use the 4 core cable. Once breakage occurs in one of the cables, the earphones cease to function. However, our 8 core (SPC) cable ensures that the earphones continue to function even when one of the cable breaks.

2) Reinforced Strain relief and Spring protected 3.5mm jack: The D6 is reinforced at the y-split and at the earphone's housing. Moreover, the vulnerable 3.5mm jack is protected by a spring to ensure it can withstand any impact.

3) Three years warranty: We take pride in our workmanship and believe that we have taken the necessary measures to ensure the earphones are durable for daily use. Thus, we provide 3 years warranty as a testament to our efforts.

Reviews:

"The D6 is a detailed bright sounding iem that has a good mastery at the top end. Not only does it has finesse in its treble presentation, its bass note has a very good impact which helps to raise the overall dynamics. Coupled with a 8 core cable and a spring loaded design for the jack’s strain relief, the D6 has a combination of excellent build design and engaging sound signature." by Audio123. Full review here

"The D6 impresses not only with its clarity and detail but also with soundstage and imaging. Anyone looking for something more balanced and less V-shaped than the typical offerings in the $100 range should take a look at the Alpha & Delta D6. It offers a solid build and great sound and comes with a very impressive 3-year warranty." by Crabdog. Full review here

I do think you missed the boat w/o removable cable even if they are really well built. Around Head-fi anyway as so many see a nice cable and want to buy it for that to try on other stuff. Though you guys would have went DC plug like the AD series instead of MMCX. Good to hear they seem to edge out the TFZ King. Good luck with them. I bought the D2 and it was fun. These sound like fun in a different way as I enjoy quick snappy earphones even more without extra decay :)

They responded why they did that in another thread to me.
The reasons why we did not make it detachable is because the dual air chamber design requires the entire driver housing to be sealed and there isnt space in the housing to have a detachable module without affecting the sound that we are gunning for. :)

Thank you! Thank you @ivo001 for helping us respond. :)

We are hard at work on the AD02 and we are hoping to launch it next year. As it stands in terms of project development, we will be using 0.78 2 pin cables instead of the DC plug. Stay tune! :)

Sounds good! AD02 should be a good one. Two pin is a good choice. I said I've seen it making a comeback vs. MMCX and add Alpha & Delta to the list :)

As you know, we do sell other brands of earphones and those that comes equipped with MMCX tends to have a high rate of defect despite the claims from the manufacturers. 2 pins/ DC connectors are more durable. The only drawback for 2 pins is the dfficulty in creating mic cables for these.

I got these a couple of days ago (thanks to Teo for sending them!) and my initial impressions are very favorable.

Built quality and ergonomics are both amazing, isolation is good and the sound is very well balanced with probably the best resolution and clarity I've ever heard in a sub $100 offering.

I'll post my full review in a couple of weeks :)

Just got my pair too, will review them and post it up here in a few weeks. They are certainly built to last, and have a very detailed and crisp sound.

I just received my pair. Out of a lowly iPhone 6s, these earphones have amazing soundstage and clarity! I’m used to more bass boosted earphones. These aren’t basshead earphones at all. That soundstage and clarity! Scary good.

How long should I burn them in until the drivers have matured?

If you push the eartips right on to cover the front vent, the bass really comes out and changes the sound dramatically.

Try it and see if you like it :)

I gave it a try, but I could not get the eartip all the way back. The arrangement increased the bass, but it wasn’t as comfortable as the regular positioning.
Now that I have about 30 hours of usage time, the bass is becoming more noticeable. It isn’t elevated mind you.

These are the best earphones for classical music that I have heard. Depending on the pop artist, I have varying opinions. For an artist like F&tM, the D6 is wonderful. The newness has worn off and I still think the D6 is scary good!

Yeah I don't mind them in their stock configuration, was just an experiment.

They extend down to about 30Hz but the bass is not elevated. It's tight and fast but these are not for modern pop, rap or hip hop really.

Hello,

I am glad you like them! It will require a 100 hours burn in time. :)

Thank you for the information about burn-in time. They are still scary good! Please keep the community informed of Massdrop drops or discounts. I can't have just one...
