I'm actually after a board too. I will PM you too if that's ok.

Is there any chance these boards will become available again? I know there are kits from Glass Jar Audio which appear reasonable, but I'm thinking it might be possible to save a bit if I add the necessary parts when I am ordering parts for other projects.

I believe Jeff will sell the separate boards if you ask - with or without the PCM chip soldered on it.

REG102UA-3.3-ND

You could also use MIC5200-3.3YM since it's pin compatbile, but performance is much worse.

dumbears: jeff rossel (jeffrossel@glassjaraudio.com, Glass Jar Audio) sells Alien DAC kits and bare PCBs as well. he's a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. shoot him an e-mail, and he'll send back an Alien DAC order form (an Excel spreadsheet) on which you can specify the components you want to order.
