[Fungus]

When worn and the cups move just the slightest, I can hear it and is very distracting. 
 
Any fix?

It's probably the black plastic thingy on the end of the rods that rubs against the leather headband. A bit of vaseline on that spot fixes it, so it glides smoothly over the leather.
