Dear all,
 
I have acquired a K702, as i want to modify it into dual cable entry (cable are come to each cup directly). I have ordered the parts of "cover left + mini-XLR" to do the modification. However, when i opened the Grid cover, i found the original "ring right" does not match the cover i ordered.
 
May i know is there any experts can give me some clues to complete the modification??
 
Right side of the phone with cap plates removed, the arrow shows the location of the mini-XLR entry should be crossed there.

 
and this is the loser zoom of all the cap plates. You can see the thickness difference between the original (right) and the one with min-XLR (red circle)

Thanks a lot for your help. However, they are in an different approach that changes the miniXLR plug to its dedicated one. I want to use miniXLR to give a standardization on it.
