I need portable headphones with good quality and I've narrowed it down to the AKG K430 and Audio Technica ATH ON3. Which do you recommend?

If you're considering ON3 as your next headphones- stop immediately. These hp literally don't have any bass, I mean it- I was listening to "Rimshot [intro]" by Erykah Badu and first few seconds on ON3 were just silence. They're just not worth any money.

There are many good Audio Technica headphones, but the ON3 is probably worth about $10 in sound.
