Hello,
I have never owned a pair of serious over-ears, but can't stop thinking about picking one of these up at the current low prices. I'm interested in what I have read about the K553 MKii sounding as close to a balanced open-back sound you can get in a closed-back design, but I can't figure out what difference there really is between this and the K275 other than that the 275 is foldable and has a soft, self-adjusting headband. Are they tuned differently? Do they sound the same? I'm inclined to get the 275 if the sound and performance are the same, but can find very little written online about the new 275 while there is a ton of stuff been written about the 55x series. I can find nothing comparing and contrasting the two. Please help! Thanks!
