It was near 10% charge remaining last night so I plugged it in to my computer and charged overnight. This morning can't even get the welcome screen. Have tried plugging it in to other USB slots, tried with other cables, tried with a wall charger and still nothing. Is there a way to do a hard reset? Anyone else have the same happen?

Hold the power button for 12 seconds to try a hard reset. I had the exact same issue but this resolved it. The battery sounds like it's completely drained.
