Hi Everyone,
I am totally new in modding and I wouldn't want to **** up so I turn to Head-fi for some advice.
I have a set of vintage Aiwa HP-V99s, maybe the best vintage earbuds/IEMs out there, but the cable is not in the best shape.
I have heard another modded V99, owned by a friend, and HOLY ****. Even the regular HP-V99 sound did not touch that level.
I am aware that this thing require some nice cables, but I only heard about one type: Van Den Hul: M C 1000 (if that's even a cable)
and I cannot find anything related. I am quite experienced in soldering so that would not be an issue, but I need to find the right material for the stuff,
plugs also.
Please help if you can.
Thanks in advance
