I recently setup a pretty nice 5.1 home theater system: $8k-ish Martin Logan Electrostatic Surround system 5.1 (2x Front MartinLogan ESL Electromotion with Audioquest CV8 cables; Center/Rear L/R surrounds: 3x ML Fresco i; and a ML Grotto i subwoofer) with a TOTL Yamaha amp, which is amazing...

But I'm mostly streaming my music 320kbps via airplay to my Yamaha reciever via my newest Time Capsule from my Macbook Pro. So wifi, not bluetooth.

Is there a loss in fidelity via airplay (I know bluetooth is compressed pretty badly)? There shouldn't be too much, correct, since wifi can handle more bandwidth?

... just want to make sure I'm getting the most out of my new system.. I know "wireless" can sometimes have a pretty bad rep.

Thanks in advance!
