anybody else doing this?  I have a digital only car deck that I got in may and I thought I would start converting a lot of my cd music into aiff(since right clicking on the song in itunes won't matter).
 
Also, is there a way to rip SACDs on iTunes? Or does it just rip the CD layer if it is a hybrid SACD?
 
Right now, the only issue I am facing is space.
 
Are there any suggestions you have for those that are using aiff files on their iPod? I also plan on getting a good pair of headphones in the next few months, so I can listen to some great quality music with some great quality headphones

Try ALAC instead of AIFF, i'll bet You'll not hear the difference. There is no SACD drives for PC, so you'll rip only CD layer from SACD.
