well, i owned the tracks before...
and i say, i definitely like it.
no matter how many hi end iems i had, or even the sr325is of grado...
im still yearning for its sound...
 
its warm, deliciously meaty and relax.
just...fun.
 
no bright, shrilly treble...
not lacking in mids, or bass.
 
its one of the best portable hp ive heard.
and i plan on buying a pair again...
 
i sold mine, swapped for the sr325is.
but now, i think, i wanted to sell this sr325is over for a new pair of tracks...
somehow, i missed its sound.
 
heard the jays.
its more clearer and... detailed.
BUT, BUT, BUT....
its a little metallic at top notes, sometimes sounding sibilant...
 
i would prefer the tracks between the two.
its more lush!

I like them both but would give the nod to the Tracks. For me the V-Jays were a little too forward and slightly harsh.
