Great review mate! Almost the same opinion on my side. (That reminds me, I need to review P8 before P14 comes )
Good for you to have the Helios SE. I was on a tour to review the normal Helios. Kinda disappointed when I realised that P8 is a bit less resolving than Helios. More comfortable though.
Didn’t spot this info here but, for those, like me, who really liked the Aful’s cables both P5 and P8 but were really disappointed for the non 4.4 option, now these cables can be found selling separately.
P5 - 30USD
P8 - 40 USD
Don’t know if I can post links but they will be very easy to find in one of the most famous chi-fi stores.

Stock cables of these IEMs have good wires and hardware. $40 is a good price to have them in 4.4 configDidn’t spot this info here but, for those, like me, who really liked the Aful’s cables both P5 and P8 but were really disappointed for the non 4.4 option, now these cables can be found selling separately.

Any recommendations for tips for the P8?, the stock tips are terrible, very hard and uncomfortable.

I've just swapped some KZ startips for KBEar 07's. Both are good in my opinion and better than stock.Any recommendations for tips for the P8?, the stock tips are terrible, very hard and uncomfortable.
The KZ Startips are excellent on seal and sound great, but the slightly stiffer silicone tends to make them uncomfortable after a couple of hours.
The KBEars are a lot softer and sound pretty much the same as the startips, but as they are not as tall, you have to go half a size up for a good seal.

I second this. Using the same ones (kbear 07) and they are great with P8I've just swapped some KZ startips for KBEar 07's. Both are good in my opinion and better than stock.

I keep going back to the stock tips. The red and blue.

I use spinfit W1 medium on my unit. Since P8 has thin and long nozzle, it's better to find a smaller and softer tips so that you can still fit the IEM deep enough (resting the earpieces against the conchas of your ears). Deeper fit helps preserve the upper treble.Any recommendations for tips for the P8?, the stock tips are terrible, very hard and uncomfortable.

It's the Spiral Dots+ for me and squeezed out more extension to the treble air. Very nice and comfortable fit.Any recommendations for tips for the P8?, the stock tips are terrible, very hard and uncomfortable.
I use Dunu S&S and very happy.Any recommendations for tips for the P8?, the stock tips are terrible, very hard and uncomfortable.
NF Audio MS42 are just amazing for this one and the P5. Spinfit and KBears 07 are also good pairing.Any recommendations for tips for the P8?, the stock tips are terrible, very hard and uncomfortable.
