I've just gotten my pair of the Advanced Acoustic Werks Q micro-driver IEMs. They are so small! Even more so than the already lithe First Harmonic IEB6!
I've only listened for an hour, and here are my impressions for these little monsters:
INITIAL IMPRESSIONS
Good sound. Rather neutral, with a slight tilt to the treble. Retrieval and transparency is fantastic for a tiny little IEM like these. Bass is present when it needs to be, and doesn't bother you when it isn't needed. Left/right separation is also pretty good.
Build constructions feels very premium, and I can't find an inch of non-wire stress-relief plastic anywhere on the build. The cable is braided up to the Y-splitter, where it becomes standard plastic.
