Just got the custom tips for my HF3. The sound seems more balanced than any other tips I've tried with the Ety's but I'm a little surprised that I seem to get better isolation with Comply's. Isolation and comfort where that main reasons to get the custom tips. Has anyone else had that experience?
With the ACS tips, I assume the isolation will be as good at the fit of the ear mold at the time it was made, as well as the depth of the tip into the ear canal. Some audiologists are probably paranoid about how deep they push the mold material into the ear canal, and a shallow tip won't help much. Just my $.02.
