Hey guys, I feel as if my music collection does not justify my growing audio gear interests and need some help. The music forum has helped a great deal to help me enjoy music a lot more than I ever did before.

What I want is quite possibly a list of albums and/or the artist(s) that cannot possibly be passed up in a world of audio bliss. ANY genre of music of ANY time and place are accepted... from the Beatles to Andy Lau... throw them at me!

Some artists I recently discovered at Head-Fi that I have enjoyed:

- Eric Clapton (Unplugged!!!)
- Battles - Mirrored
- The Chemical Brothers
- Pink Floyd (DSOTM)
- Vanessa Mae
- Wu-Tang
- Dragonforce
- Nine Inch Nails
- Jack Johnson
- Miles Davis
- Shpongle
- Infected Mushroom
- Dire Straits
- Norah Jones
- etc.

So you see, I like many flavors of music... maybe a lean towards bass and beat! A list like this should be stickied so newcomers into Head-Fi can actually use their newly bought headphones and amps and DACs to listen to things other than Justin Timberlake and 50 Cent!

Queen - A Night at the Opera
Metallica - Master of Puppets
Testament - The Legacy/The New Order
Prince - Dirty Mind/1999/Purple Rain (can't pick just one)

Threads like this are very bad. They make me very unproductive...
