[size=10pt]I think that there is a good chance that you ruined the amp by bypassing the fuse protection with a fuse that 5 times greater than the original and you could have a fire and the converter could also be ruined. In USA 220v means two hot 120 lines and a ground like the circuit to the dryer. In other counties 250v may be just one hot 250, neutral and a ground. You need to work with the seller and found out what options you may have. It is time to stop fooling around. Here is a example on this web page. [/size]

Me neither, that's why I leave the experimenting to the professionals. You should disclose to the seller the fact you might have caused damage to the amp.
