I don't think there can be such a thing because measuring conditions may strongly affect the results. So before looking at anything else, what will you measure? Initially that mic is for room measurements and the calibration provided is for that function. Many use one with a little plastic tube as coupler to measure IEMs under sealed conditions, but then, the coupler+IEM become their own acoustic system. Then for headphone measurements, it would be yet another situation where the "dummy head" of sort can be massively different and lead to differences in the FR measured.

thank you. I want to measure speaker in my room.
And apply eq if I can(with REW).

I don't need neither IEM nor headphone measurement.

I don't need a very accurate result. I wish I can get just a decent result.
Umik-1 mic is so expensive for me, so I'm considering about this mic to buy(sorry for my bad English)

For speakers measurements, you probably should go to a more dedicated forum(instead of one about headphones like this one).
I have an IMM-6 and an ECM8000 for speaker measurements, but ironically, only the IMM-6 came with a calibration file. And based on this series of graphs, that wouldn't be much help to you as I have no idea where my ECM8000 stands within all those graphs.

So, someone else will have to step in to give you what you look for.

Just in case, the IMM-6 plug is a TRRS so it might not readily work into the audio input of a computer(to use REW). You could need an adapter cable of sort.
