What I see happening to me is I am going to get the Pendragons and they are going to lust for more power than my Taboo can provide and just like that...... I am screwed.

I once had an opportunity to listen and purchase Decware Mini Torii with LCD-2. I knew little about phones then and did not consider then as a viable listening option. Now I'm diving into it head-first.

HP listening is a different experience than speakers. Both are fun, just different. Decware gear is terrific for both listening experiences.

Speaking of Speakers....DM945's are in the house! Paired up with the CSP2+ Pre-amp and the Taboo MK III amp.

Many thanks for the great post.  Decware seems to be a company one can work with for an eternity, which is rare in today's electronics industry.

Sorry for stupid question, but I really have no idea why do we need so many tubes? Will it just make the sound output louder? Or it could have some other advantages like sound's quality, transparency, soundstage or something like that?

I own a Zen Torii III for my speakers, and it fulfills all the promises. The temptation is mighty, but you need to consider the much more expensive competition to realize it is helping your wallet...

Agreed.

I ended up getting the ZP3 a few months back, BTW.
