well I spent $510 on a portable amp for by DT 990 600 ohms to realize they do not drive my DT 990 as I had expected, but I do not want to buy a desktop amp just for my headphones so I was thinking in buying a A/V receiver for my DT 990 600 ohms and for some speakers that I recently bought, I can only spend less than $300, can someone tell me of a good receiver for my headphones, please post only if you have used a receiver with a 600 ohms headphone!!!

Accessories 4 less sells refurb A/V receivers

Personally I would get a refurb Denon

My Yamaha RX-V671 A/v receiver easily drives my Beyer 600-Ohm (DT880 & DT990).
Accessories 4 less usually sells a refurb RX-V671 for around $300, but do not have any in stock right now.
So I would say to get a Denon.

what pisses me off is that I had the Onkyo TX-SR575,  I gave it to my brother-in-law in one of those moments in which you want to be a hero, I would have to get one from the flea market then since most receivers will do the job.

Thanks, I think I can get the Yamaha RX-V671 A/V for around $300 on Amazon, so you have used with your DT990 600 ohms?

I have used my DT990 Premium 600-Ohm and DT880 Premium 600-Ohm with my Yamaha RX-V671 and they sounded nice.
