Hi, we've got some PVC out the back of varying thickness.
just a few questions before I get started...
what thickness is recomended and is it more "stylish" to cut the PVC so it can be joined at a right angle or to use a right angle connector?
If we need to use larger thicknesses, i might just make a towel rack type thing on the wall

Unless its feels flimsy, you should be good. As long as it can hold a few pounds supported on one end, it should be fine. Granted you would need some seriously thin pipe to make that not work...

As for looks, whatever you feel looks good. I personally like the clean look of a perfect 45 but its your prerogative.
