Is it possible to replace the battery in the Astell & Kern KANN DAP? Mine is 5 years old and the battery is finally starting to weaken. I seem to recall reading about people changing the battery, but my searches haven't found anything.
Is there a battery out there I can buy and install myself?

It seems to required taking the glued screen off first and that will need a skillful hand of a smartphone technician or equavlent, plus the necessary tools. Not something I will advise an novice to try.
