apparently only 1 Micro-SD Slot ?
To be fair, it does have 64gb onboard memory, unlike, for example, the DX90.
But there are certainly other shortcomings, I agree.
apparently only 1 Micro-SD Slot ?
so its a glorified ipod touch in the end ?
hmmmm, it seems much thicker than the concept
When it was originally announced, it was claimed to be 141.5 X 70.8 X 14 mm
Now it is claimed to be 134.60 X 69.16 x 14.50
so it's only gained 0.5mm thickness!
i've just asked them about some specific information like which dac/amp they use, hope they will answer xD
Hmmm... do you think that's a fair appraisal?
I think there's vastly more audio technology crammed into the Calyx-m than in an iTouch
Please also ask them why they designed the volume control so that people can accidentally damage their hearing and their CIEMs
here for you "The slide volume control is not as conventional as you might imagine. This is very special one"
of course, until we get hand on, we don't know how special they are
NO line out !
NO >> Skip botton (the one I use most when the AK is in my pocket, and want to go to the next song)
3.3 ohm output impedance !
--> ... NO Thanks !
plus, no infos about the DAC chip ! which one ? one or dual ?
apparently only 1 Micro-SD Slot ?
if that's the case, we'll need to change the thread title to ...64GB + 64GB INT/EXT storage...
Memory
External Memory : upto 128G tflash (SD-micro)
no support for ALAC and AIFF...
