I am late to the party as I have just happened across your original post, but I am currently using a Phonak RIC with Bluetooth audio streaming using the Phonak app. While I can use over-ear phones without difficulty, the sound while streaming via Tidal directly to the Phonaks results in excellent performance.
You might also consider trying a set of decent IEMs without your HAs. You might be surprised how good they sound with tips that provide a really good seal!
