If you mean the photo right after my first post in this thread what I would say is, through the glare, I see “T shaped plates not what is commonly referred to as “round” plates. I didnt say that the picture I posted of a tube had other commonalities just that it was indicative of a “T” shaped plate.
Get a 6SN7 to loctal 7N7 adapter and use the 7N7 or 7AF7. These loctal tubes are the same as the better Sylvania 6SN7GT's so they have the same great 6SN7 sound.
7AF7 is a 6SN7 electrically and unique in the the heater requirement is 0.3 amp the same as a 12AU7.
These tubes are much less expensive than the 6SN7 or 6F8G. Be careful though as these tubes were updated to 6SN7GTB's after 1955 or so but the designation was not changed like with the 6SN7GT becoming the 6SN7GTB. The GTB style plates are almost always triangular looking.
Those are T plates. This tube I find incredibly detailed and somewhat on the bright side in my amp. Very nice. If you want warmer tone go for the round plate NU, they are rebranded by everyone, look for the structure to identify.
I know this is a very old thread but curious if anyone has the Freya+ and used 6F8G tubes.
Was recommended by a redditor to check here, looking for a massive soundstage but also dynamic enough to never be bright/shrill or muddy.

I own the Freya+ and have the Ken-Rad 6f8g (VT-99) rolled into the Gain Stage and Psvane Treasure CV181-Z aka 6SN7 in the Buffer stage. Fantastic combo! Modern mixed with vintage is some awesome synergy
Midrange: Rich & expressive with a balance of vintage warmth, Lush and modern clarity. You get that vintage analog feel
Soundstage: Wide, deep and immersive due to the Psvane tubes
Treble: Smooth, extended, non-fatiguing and not rolled-off
Bass: Full, rounded, textured, not boomy
Dynamics: Great slam with natural transient response, not overly aggressive
