Ok, i was was at school with my ipod in my pocket with my Sennhieser HD555's plugged in. I don't know when it happened. The pics will explain the rest. Will apple fix it cause i didnt know the headphones will do this..HELP

Apple won't repair that under warranty. It's not a manufacturing defect.

From the big chunk in the case near the headphone out, it's obvious that it's taken a good hit. I doubt Apple would fix it free.

That chunk is when i dropped it six months ago, NOT from the headphones.

Looks to me like the headphone connector maybe got pushed into the back of the screen, did the headphones get caught on something, or sat on maybe?

i didnt sit on them..the ipod was in my front jean pocket, probly too much pressure...

this happened to my brother's 5g. he had it in his jacket pocket and closed the car door on it, by mistake.

no, apple doesn't cover broken screens in their warranty. the only thing you can do is replace the screen.
