~$50-100 headphones as upgrade to Sennheiser HD202 and Monoprice 8320

First impressions: man are these comfy!! Extremely lightweight, and sits very nicely over the ears. The build quality is somewhat plasticky but does not feel cheap or weak. Definitely feels like it can last a while. Nice sound quality, great controlled bass. No way near what bass-heads would want, but for my listening it is definitely the right amount. Clean mids, and well defined highs. Will post more impressions once I have burned them in for a while.

I demoed the HD439 a while back. I found them ok, bit grainy. I did find the nice tone of the aviators more enjoyable. They are a better headphone altogether but still if you are happy with the Senn then that's what counts.

Yeah, comfort was a very, very important thing for me, and taking that into consideration this seemed like the best choice as one of the most touted features of the HD439 was comfort. Anyway, thanks for all of your guys' advice!
