For our 3D design final, we were supposed to make a wearable costume utilizing aspects from one sculpture and one architectual structure. We were also supposed to include either a moveable part or an element of surprise. I brought my camera the day of the final crit (both classes, ~40 kids) and took over a hundred pictures. Unfortunately, since I accidentally slept in a bit, getting to class was a bit of a rush and I didn't have my camera until after the first break so I wasn't able to document the first few (which were pretty damn good). I picked out the best costumes I was able to shoot, enjoy:

Yeah her costume was actually kind of boring when she initially walked out...then she turned the lights on and everyone changed their minds. She figured the lighting out pretty well, even though she did have to resort to plugging herself into an outlet.

Only this one...the guy did a little performance and danced around the room, hence the tilt of the photo:

lol.

Actually for this particular class there is a lot of constructing and other precision work. But for some of the other more abstract classes, I don't see how people pass those classes without getting high.

The last one is, imo, the best shot. I love the warm glow it gives off.

The second to last one seems like a really poor costume- very sloppy.

Well she made the entire thing out of cardboard and hot glue so it does look nice for what it is.
