I have the 325i's and indeed crystal clear would be a good description.

Having heard the 325's for only 15 minutes and owning the MS2's, the MS2 is much easier to get along with. I had SR60's before which are a bit worse than MS1's and it's a huge improvement. Weight of the MS2's is an issue for some, personally, I don't care much, they feel alright.
Since you did say you'll be running these off your PA2V2, I would certainly suggest investing into a better amp. Even a decent CMOY is an improvement and a nicely done up CMOY will rock your socks off, try one with an OPA2107 on 2 9V batteries, you'll love it.
