I'm just wondering if this "limit" can ever be ignored? I want to sell my Etymotic HF5's but haven't been member for 30 days yet. Don't know what to do to convince the admins.

There also used to be a post count requirement but I don't know if that is still in place

It's still in place, but only 15 posts now, though you must be a member for 30 days as well.
