Even if it does go through they'll email you and cancel the order.  Grado strong-arms their dealers into selling at MSRP and drops them if they don't comply.

Went through, a lot of headphones are over priced so that the 25% doesn't even make it cheaper than Amazon's price (such as SRH840's, HD650's, etc).
 
Some note worthy headphones that are lower with 25% than Amazon right now:
 
Grado SR225 ($150 with the discount).
Beyer DT70 ($427 with discount).
