Just got my adx5000
I can't believe the ath-wp900 cable doesn't fits the adx5000 because it's 0.1mm thicker

I have used and old adx5000 but not this problem. The headband is loose tough, might have to tighten it a bit. Does the buzz come on only some songs? If so, then the driver is ok probably.Hello everybody!
I'd like to ask a question about possible problem with grattle in left driver. Something making driver buzzing, but not always.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I have checked all visible pieces of hair and removed it. Maybe I missed something?
Thank you!
Headband is ok and i tried different ways to push it stronger to head - no results. I have an idea to check the screws on perimeter of the driver.I have used and old adx5000 but not this problem. No buzz with me, listened through spotify. I think the bass causes the buzz, might be driver failure.Headband is ok and i tried different ways to push it stronger to head - no results. I have an idea to check the screws on perimeter of the driver.
There is a buzz in some songs not all of them and only sometimes, not always. Earlier i can't hear it in songs where i have it now. May be i'm too idealistic.
Can somebody check it in this track?

Great, glad you were able to resolve the problem rather cheaply.Probably fix the problem with rubber bulb (i have bought it today)
Most likely dust or something else was under the central metal shield where i can't see anything
Air pressure from bulb helped to solve the problem.
Thanks to everyone!
I have those, but think that the originals are better. I like the fabric feel more.Alright, has any of you tried the dekoni pads? From the website it claims increasing the soundstage a bit
The fabric is in the earpads, and it is thin, so removing it wont do no good.Hello, is this the main ADX5000 topic?
I am about to buy one, I have time to decide the next morning. I own the HD800S now.
I tried it side by side to the HD800S, I think it has a more clear and nicer sound than the HD800S.
I have big ears, I did not like that the fabric touches my ears, I have big ears. The HD800S does not touch my ears.
My question is, has anybody removed the fabric which protects the drivers? So your ears fit.
What happens to the sound, is it risky? Or the driver can fail if hair goes into it.
I understand, are there any good, thicker pads? So your ears dont touch. The fabric is in the earpads, and it is thin, so removing it wont do no good.
Propably, any 100mm pad will fit.I understand, are there any good, thicker pads? So your ears dont touch.
