Been listening to this one all week:

Deerhunter- "Halcyon Digest"
I like how it's an experimental sounding album but it still incorporates great acoustic guitar.  Might be my favorite of the year

of the releases of 2010 that i've heard so far these are the ones that stand out in my mind

Watain - Lawless Darkness
Denouncement Pyre - World Cremation
Acid Witch - Stoned
Acid Witch - Midnight Mass
Burial Invocation - Rituals of the Grotesque
Burzum - Belus
Darkthrone - Circle The Wagons

as an added bonus World Cremation doesn't have the brickwalled mastering one would expect from a 2010 metal album

Quote:
Coheed and Cambria's Year of the Black Rainbow, so far.
Also, I'm looking forward to Avenged Sevenfold's Nightmare, which just released today, btw.

Adding on to this list:

Ludo's Prepare the Preparations
Linkin Park's A Thousand Suns, oddly enough. It's been growing on me for a while.
The Social Network movie soundtrack, composed by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross
