I have a bad news for you. This is what I heard after calling a lady works in the store:

"The unit is a old model, and we no longer carry these. I don't understand why still see it on our website, maybe just to refresh?"

I guess there might just be a technical issue that the old page doesn't remove properly. (if you visit the closeout main website, you can't see this offer)

Side story: I actually went to the store this afternoon, and found out the address listed is actually a large industrial park. (20+ company, shouldn't trust google map...), and I fail to located the mysterious building #32. I wrote them a e-mail to verify if they just forget to remove the page. I will keep you updated.
