I am really sorry about the shipping confusion.  Our website guys haven't fully updated international shipping with our recent changes.  We offer much, MUCH better rates than that.  FedEx offers some great services, but for those who don't want to pay top dollar for shipping we offer flat rate fees.
 
International Express: $45 to all countries
International Priority: $35 to all countries
