Nope. Sound does not work still. As I said before, PatchMix crashes on load.

I just ran ctzapxx.exe in the directory you directed me to. I installed those drivers but the card is still labeled a SB Audigy. The setup.exe in the root directory still tells me my drivers are up-to-date.

well, I RMA'd the card and it turned out it was the card that was the problem. Creative sent me a brand new card and it worked perfectly the first install. So if anyone has a similar problem, call Creative and RMA that sucker!
