It was pretty good, not too bassy, nor bright, some special sparkle to the treble in a good way, vocals sound extremely good on them, bass was wide, nice and punchy. Haven't heard the W4 before only the UM3X which don't sound anything like the ES5's. Ever since losing them, I've lost faith in spending anymore in IEM/CIEM's as a whole.
