How old is she? Maybe it's just some phase and she will eventually find another victim more sooner than later.

She's 17 years old and I don't think she's lonely since she has her sisters and her high school friends to talk to.
I hope it's just a phase and hopefully will find someone she'll like that is in no way blood related.

Oh yes, I'm 100% positive. She confessed to me via BlackBerry Messenger.

Wow, you know she is serious about it!
What exactly does she like about you? You don't seem to share any hobbies etc.

Ignore her and it'll die down in less than a month. The annoyance will probably drop significantly after a week or so, but until that time you just have to deal with it.

+1

Does the title here mean anything?

At first I thought they were saying kokoro as in heart (心). Google Translate literally says it's kokoroodoru. Or are they just playing with the word?

Both are right

Kokoro is heart, odoru is to dance. In the title it says kokoro odoru, and they say that several times in the clip too.

Ah okay, that's good to know. It's a pretty catchy song. : p

Speaking of which, ah my kokoro. I finally found this song buried in my bookmarks! I've been looking for this song for forever, but I didn't know what it's called. Such a creative music video.

Lol same.

Never got into much electronic music at all.

I can count the electronic artists that I like on one hand.

Mr Scruff is one of them:

Haha! The only Windows 7 sample song worth listening to.

The Psycho-Pass soundtrack is really helping me relax!

I tried JPLAY mini but I couldn't really make out a solid difference. ULTRAstream to me sounded more like the LH ASIO pathway compared to Xtreme.

This might be interesting to read/try:

Yeah I ripped it with AccurateRip CRCs. I don't completely understand what these mean though, likewise for the CUETools DB Plugin. I just have those for the sake of having them. XD

I haven't used dBpoweramp before since I've been fine with EAC/Foobar.

Cool thread. You could also use Audio DiffMaker in your tests.

However, I heard from various sources that you would need more than one type of measurement to get the whole picture. Supposedly, stuff in the time domain can affect audio as well, and I don't think that is as simple to measure.

I have some experience with Fidelizer. JPLAY does more than Fidelizer does, though. (I don't recall the technical details.)

What I like about dBpoweramp is that it can be used for so many things. Ripping CDs, converting files, editing tags and artwork, editing the audio itself, etc. foobar2000 is a nice companion to it, since they both have unique features.

Oh, and Illustrate, the company behind dBpoweramp, also created and maintains AccurateRip.

You can read more about how it works here.

You know something? Out of all the people I've talked to on this forum, you are possibly the most similar to myself, such as the way you talk, your strong leanings towards science and logic, polite style of humor, nerdy taste in video games, relatively diverse musical preferences, and the fact that you like doing audio experiments.

What would you guys do if your cousin (let's say a girl), some years younger than you and still in high school falls madly in love on you and she doesn't stop texting you, so much so that when you only read her message without replying she becomes mad and starts pinging/poking/whatev. like there's no tomorrow and then asks you why you didn't reply to her? And one more problem is that it's a one sided love with you not really attracted that much to her. What would you do?

Because I'm in this kinda weird situation and I'm beginning to be slightly irritated whenever she texts me or wants to have an instant messaging conversation with me (which is everyday).

Fortunately I didn't gave her my Skype username. That could've been a monumental mistake.

Make your intentions clear. That is all.

I can't even remember all the ones I like!
