I current have the Sennheiser 380 Pros, I love them so much, sound great. I am looking at the PXC 350's and they appear to have an identical build, but with sound canceling. What is the difference between the two? Also, what's the difference between the PXC 350, and 450?

I've had a set of Sennheiser PXC 350 noise-cancelling headphones for about 4 years now. The volume adjuster on the cable can be a little wonky sometimes, and I kind of hate the ear cups, and also wouldn't mind something with more cancelation and/or more volume.    Anyone know how these compare...
