after I started writing a review, I decided to follow a different path and try the products of small Chinese companies. everyone knew products like waner, bl 03, and since I was bored with the ci fi market, I thought it was time to discover new things. At that time, I came across a brand called zhulinniao and experienced several models. The jinghong with 2 dynamic drivers was a nice ear, but it was too loud, it was also mediocre in terms of resolution, so it was 3.5/5 points for me. Bailing, another model, scored 3.5/5 because I thought it sounded like old v-shaped earphones and it was both tiring and lacking in detail for me.

the model shuanghua z2 in my hand today has definitely taken very correct steps, this time zhulinnia. I take the waner sg, which is my daily headset, from my lite and use the shuanghua z 2 instead because it looks much more practical and beautiful than waner. I will especially make a comparison with waner sg, anyway. well done zhulinniao! by the way, I had a hard time choosing between 4 and 4.5 points. It makes more sense to give 4 points for sound, but the z2 has so many features in the box, as far as practicality, that I thought it would be more accurate to give 4.5 points. The 3.5 mm model costs around 21 €, if you want to order the model with a sound chip, the price is 23 €. the model I have is type c and the model with sound chip.

who is zhulinniao?

a small chinese company zhulinniao, there are also different audio products on the market. I think they are making progress with this model. thank them for sending me this review item for free.

what's in the box?

That's a lot of stuff for a €23 box. especially a pair of latex tips that zhulinniao sells the set for about 10€ with its cargo. Anyway, here's what's in the box;

- iems,
- latex tips for about 10€ a set (with shipping) (1 pair I guess medium size),
- 6 pairs of silicone tips, half black and half white, for different sound signatures,
a pair of foam tips,
- cable hanger,
- a booklet with after-sales information
- protection case

build quality;

why do I like this iems so much? The answer to the question is in this thread. plastic is used in the structure and the design is very beautiful. The plastic used is of very good quality and there is no quality problem. I think the cable is the most striking aspect of this iems, it is very stylish and very light. With its general structure, the z 2 is very striking and very stylish. The most important reason for replacing waner sg is definitely the design and elegance of the iem.

sound quality;

There are a few points that we will criticize, the overall sound quality is a click above the average for the price. I can definitely say that it is bright, slightly v, but it has a difference from the classic v. We can see it more easily below.

low frequencies;

this iems is not a iems with a lot of bass, it even has lower than average bass. I didn't feel any bass bleed. Even though I thought it was a classic v-shaped one at first, I got a little suspicious and looked at the chart and understood the situation. The quality of the basses is fine, it is necessary to know that there is not too much bass. you can solve this problem with foam tips, if you box a pair comes out

medium frequencies;

i can say that I find it slightly indented but average in detail. In unmixed tracks, you can even find mid frequencies in detail. especially with waner sg they are breaking up here. In general, a headphone with a thin note weight, you can understand this better in vocals.

high frequencies;

bright, really bright. i like the treble, they're pretty good though they're a little bright. although they are bright, the waner sg does not have any issues such as hissing at high volume. There is an elevation in the chart from the beginning of the treble to almost the end, so the note weight feels thin.

resolution;

i can say that I find it average, the treble seems to be a little better.

comfort;

one of the strengths of this headset is that it's lightweight and supremely comfortable. i do not find the latex tips on it very soft, it is really comfortable. when you add the ease of use, the comfort definitely reaches very serious dimensions

waner sg;

in general, the waner sg sounds more natural. As for bass, I can say that waner's bass is more and more distinct. while the waner is more balanced at mid frequencies, the z2 is indented, but technically I think better than the z2 waner. As for the treble, the z2 is definitely more detailed, bright but not as tiring as the waner at high volume.

If you don't listen at high volume, the z 2 may feel more tiring. Both are very good in build quality, but I prefer the z 2 for elegance. It is a iems that offers much more ease of use than the z2 waner, as I do not like to run the cables over my ears and do not like to carry a iems amp when using it on a daily basis.

princess change;

another tangzu, changle is better in bass but z 2 is better in midrange and treble. especially in the changle, the mid frequencies are almost nonexistent, it probably had the strangest mid frequencies I've ever heard. especially the vocals were too indented. For long listening hours, the changle seems much less tiring because its treble isn't as sharp as the z2, nor is it as detailed as the z2. z 2 is much better for guests like box contents etc. I prefer z 2.

last word;

The z 2 is a stylish and serious box content iems with a sound chip, and it is seriously affordable. yes, it may have more technical competitors, but it is ahead of most of its competitors with its ease of use and elegance. I would recommend it to everyone. You can order from this address.
