Pros: More perceived detail,neutral
Cons: there is air pressure build up in your ear that makes your ear hurt in long listening session(too powerful i guess)
All i can say is this is a great amplifier for its price..
(not gonna comment on mids,low,highs because due to sensitivity of ears and would be unfair to compare at different volume levels)
For those whose ears are not sensitive this is probably a good amp for you

well it depends on paired headphone, probably you paired with high sensitivity headphones and the amp's gain is too high for them

well just realised my headphone too sensitive(mine is fidelio x2 and paired with an idac)

I really like mine, but they seem to have only made a handful of them.

However, the power supply died after 5 years of near-continuous operation.
