Got it as a gift from penon and I can vouch for the sound being great ..fit and comfort is perfect

Great review @twister6. Can we say Macaw GT100 is an upgrade over IM50 in terms of sound and comfort? I am looking for more detailed mids along with more extended highs.Thank you again. I'm loving to read your reviews!

Agree with your review and comparisons. Thankfully the bass tightened up after some burn in and treble smoothed out as well. The earphone is heavy but fit is fine and since I only use them while sitting or walking, the weight hasn't become an issue. I absolutely love these earphones as a whole and even with my recent purchases being way above average, the Macaws have been getting the most ear time. Highest of recommendations from me. Great review to get people on board.

Most excellent review sir! Going to post office to pick mine up this afternoon. I also have the T10's so it will be interesting to see how they compare, although it sounds as if these are brighter.
