Anakchan - I really like the HD800 & the TH900 really nice yin / yang hopefully you can obtain an HD800 - for a reasonable price, they have dropped a bit since the HD800S was released.

Used HD800 in great condition can be found here for around $865. I have to say though I have a preference to the HD800S over a stock HD800. Sadly I don't get to keep the HP-V8 long enough to hear how the HD800S would sound on it.
