Design
The TC44C utilizes dual Cirrus Logic CS43131 DAC chips.
.PCM decoding capability: Up to 32bit/384kHz
.DSD decoding capability: Native DSD64/DSD128/DSD256
The TC44C comes with a silver USB-C cable, a Leather sleeve and is made entirely of metal.
Testing the Dongle with the MoonDrop S8 and Blessing2 as well as several budget IEM.
The DAC performs with a noticeable transparency but does have a hint of warmth and more details and fullness is heard, the amps adequately power IEM and low Ohm headphones well.
After thoughts: The ddHiFi TC44C is a great addition to your portable arsenal, it is made well and will increase the level of details and quality over the onboard chipset.
