I picked these up off ebay a few weeks ago for 5 $ so my expectations were not high but to my surprise i think that i found a new pair of daily drivers, as i have said i have collected a fairly large collection of ie phones some cheap and most up words of 100 $ which is not a lot these days but i do also have that are on the mid upper in price and stats but i have to say these are most definitely by far the best 5 $ ie headphones ever lol but really they kick for the age of technology and when i checked the price on amazon i could not believe the price , as i said the sound is incredible i have tried many different types of music , they do not fail the correct sound is always there and the isolation is  best so far , as i said before the bass is great mids and hi s are all there and clear as can be bottom line if you can get em on the cheep jump on it you will be happy you did ! 

I have to say i have tried and own a lot of in ear phones one my faves are still beyerdynamic that being said v-moda bassfreq are up there and i paid 10 bucks off ebay  nib so i did not expect such quality but i have to say the do kick the only draw back i find is they are a little chunky at the ear but not a problem i have to say its most likely the name that is holding this well built good design set of buds back i know they are a little out dated at this point but as i said they do hold their own against a lot of the more expensive sets i can say that as far as the bass goes its hard to beat , at full tilt no distortion and clear as can be if i was looking for some cheap quality i/e phones these would be the ones if i had known about them , all in all these are very good for the price and if they last any length of time i would say we have a winner ,just one more thing these are very inexpensive and have been comparing them the like of beyerdynamics and  Sennheiser ,Bose, and the likes . all i can say is enjoy !

all in all for the price you can pick these up for now they really are very good and i would recommend them to anyone that is looking for something that is good build quality and better than average sound quality  given my observations of their sound quality. Though they could be a bit more meat and depth to  midrange, the crisp, clear treble, and ample bass they offered, delivering some particularly enjoyable moments during  sessions. If you’re looking for an affordable in-ear with top-end accuracy and some  punch, the MMX 101 iE are worth a listen.
